Stability is indeed a strange thing.. I payed 10 mil for my trolls hide and it was worth it in my opinion. I use it everytime I do missions or otherwise fight and it still has 100% purity.

From what I gather those are event related and the fact that they are codeable seems to be a mistake or something. Why else woud the collectors have them?
