My faction and I have encountered these entities. The only physically indentifying factors we have discovered is their uncanny resemblance to the late Neo and Trinity. They seem to be intent on removing any Machinist found near Metacortex and the Kalt super towers downtown. We have searched their bodies after purging their signals only to find simple objects of little monetary value. E Pluribus Neo has been flaunted as to their organizational name, although this has not been verified.
There have also been reports of these entities taking hostile actions against Merovingian operatives as well.
I have witnessed a few Zionists helping take these redpills down. Their actions to maintain peaceful relations with the Machines are encouraging, but as you can guess, not everyone is as helpful. Every single hour after the truce has caused Zionites to more and more arrogant in their position.
Speaking of helpful Zionites, a secret transcipt recently uncovered has shocked the redpill community. As you know, Zionists are very hard pressed to keep secrets for long. Here is a

From what I can gather, these redpills are working against the goals of another redpill named Cryptos the leader of the Cypherites, who has been seen around Megacity inside strange magical boxes. Cryptos talks to bluepills and redpills alike, advertising the wonderful life inside the Matrix. He encourages redpills to take the bluepill and be reinserted into the Matrix. A worthwhile effort to control the population of Zion. Also the masked men that have been seen in recent times are known to be working for Cryptos.
