This topic really isn't about the restore health, bug it's about the mission server/team server/faction server not working. It would be really nice if they could get this fixed... But I just wanted to step in and say that this is a bug.......

I get the same issue with missions PBlade. Makes it very hard to test PvE when you can't run missions. AFAIK this is not a known bug...it's just been broken for several days. The 3x healing when sitting is a known bug, but I'm not sure tha...

The ambush at the beginning of the mission "Free Music" should now be made up of appropriate level enemies. This is good to hear. Having level 30 ambush NPCs spawn for a level 10 character is a little too much to handle.
