I have seen the new CR2.0 buffs and im a bit confused. At the moment I have an awesome set of clothes that really helps me. Are the CR2.0 buffs the equivelent or almost the equivalent of the origional buffed clothes?
Question!

It depends on the item. The regular enhanced clothing seem to have somewhat random buffs on them. The armored and shielded clothing have their equivelent in MDR/BDR, and VDR/TDR. Unique items they spent a little more time on (well HCFrog spent a little more time on) and tried to keep as close to their equivelents as posible. Where this wasn't possible other buffs (such as IS regen) were added to the clothes to compensate for the difference.

In all likelihood, no.
Buffs on all clothes, with the exception of the Hideout drops, have been completely changed. Your 9MCT pants? Now they don't do squat for MA fighters. The most important part of clothes now is Damage Resistance, therefore armoured and shielded clothes, with up to 36 points of damage resistance, are the best to have. This promotes individuality and removes the "I MUST wear this to survive" mindset.
