Weird Problem with Reputation

Yeah, I'd get a message for getting 1 additional machine rep point a few times when not actually recieving it. Always one away from max rep too. But I did finally get there, it is possible.

I've got no problem with smokers - if they want to do it, let 'em - but do it where people who *don't* want to breathe in *their* fumes won't be exposed to it.
