Gotta love the Effectuator! Oh, and I'm a bit disappointed with the Trainman's look

I've always had this gut feeling telling me Effy is more aligned with the Oracle than the Merv. There's some sort of optimism in his personality akin to Sati that just doesn't mesh with the ruthless nature of most Exiles employed under the Frenchman.
