ya... the 250 for melee and ballistic are from clothes, there's no buff running for those... but in doing so to get those kind of numbers, you sacrifice IS and Health regain.. but if you're in PvP and have a UM to hit you with fast healing...

Not sure if it's all, but I know when you fight NPCs in Zero One, it still shows damage and damage absorbed..
