Heh there are many bugs, and I doubt this is one that they are restarting the forums for. This is just plain stupidity, they should have it so it automatically locks threads made in certain sections.

The bugs go into their bug database. It is someone's job to keep track of bugs and all that, most notably it's NoRepro's job to do that.

All my mouse-overs for stuff on my hotbar, inventory, every single thing that has a mouse-over ingame is bugged for me. I can't see what buffs are on items, what abilities do, etc. Happened yesterday when the patch came out.
