Vista Issues with The Matrix Online.

Out of randomness, I tested running MxO in a VMWare machine (they have directx now) and it runs as if I have an GeForce 3. Not worth it anyone who randomly thinks of it.

Thanks for reminding me. Dell's driver for notebooks are heavily outdated. If you're running Vista, you're seeing the crazy face issue. If you're running XP, I could probably write you up a updated driver.
