Personally, I've heard of another instance of a damage anomaly. A 618 dam Crippling throw. 10 secs later it was back at 128 dam. No debuffs applied and Find Weakness can't let you do a 600+ Crippling Throw at a lvl 50 with res o_O

After the ability gets accepted, it doesn't matter if the state runs "dry". It got accepted and it goes off (except outside effects like powerless / etc affect you before the damage is applied). And please, don't make my head hurt anymore...

Actually, this view isn't true. Every ability applies damage (and the debuffs before the damage already) SOMEWHERE INSIDE the animation. Only a few abilities apply the damage at the very beginning or at the very end. I know that pistol bar...

Î counterchecked. It does NOT work for me unless I enter a duel or PvP. I can detect NPCs, though. Evidence in photos: Without flag With flag The difference is clearly visible. Also the range of Sixth Sense seems to be about 8 - 12 meters.
