Yes, yes, the grand and wonderful word that means 'how items are spread amongst the loot tables and databases'.

Basically itemization is what is behind certain pieces of clothing being rarer than others and the dreaded holes in certain visual styles and buffs across levels and loadouts.

I think it's faily obvious quite a bit of MxO's itemization needs a look at ( See: Barrelhead Gauntlets and white sneakers SMILEY but we've been hearing for quite a while now the issue is being looked into in ways we cant be told ( this is somewhat related to the idea of spreading the gun models across all level ranges too ).

My questions are is there ever going to be an ETA on these fixes and what do you, the community, think they have planned?

SMILEY

You basically mean that only few clothing items reach certain lvls (with buffs) and there they are overused? (e.g. barrelhead gauntelets for lvl 45 and up)
If that's the case, there was a thread around wich stated that there should be lvl related buff (random) generated items or something like that (can't remember).

Thats one of the problems, yes.

Others include the range of buffs for specific loadoats across levels (for example having good clothing for MA up to a certain level, then a gap then back in at say 50)

Another would be, combined with the above, colour and clothing styles where you might have a good black shirt for your level of MA the rest of your clothes may be of varying styles that horribly clash with the style.

Of course ideally there would be no gaps anywhere but that means a LOT of new items. While this is hard to ask for in a single update i still feel work should be ongoing on the issue.

And apparently it is getting looked at. I suppose i just want more info and maybe an ETA on any plans is all...

I'd love to see a small system in the mission system implemented that shows what item I get at the end of the mission. These items would be appropriate to my level and have buffs, of course.

So, I'm level 40 and if I complete an Assassination mission I get item X (say: pants with buffs). I call Gray again and I get item Y (say: shirt with different buffs).
Or even better, I call for a mission and I get to choose between one of the 5 items upon completion that Gray showed me when I made the call.

That would be pretty sweet. It could be relational to mission difficulty level as well.

And heck, maybe have different sets for the different mission types? To actually encourage more than assassinations, lol.
