Ok so us at Pluribus Neo were going through this new data miner stuff and I found one of these.
The Experiance Code Amplifier is used to give you a 10% XP boost towards your next level.
However, they're non-tradeable. Now, considering the NPC's we were killing to get to them were often level 50+ themselves, it's fair to assume 50s would be obtaining these items. I'm sure I don't have to point out that an XP boost to a 50 is rather useless, yes?
Soooo, whoevers in charge of such things. Can you make these items tradeable?
