You can tell its an oversight, no other damage bonus stacks with it. I'm guessing its been messed with/broken while they worked on fixing Find Weakness itself.

Upgrade Master buff overides "Martial Arts Prowness" and "Firearms Skill", both which are damage buffs for MA and Gunmen, however, you can apply the UGM buff and use find weakness at the same time, this needs to be fixed.

Anyone else having problems logging in? I know a few that are apparently just getting stuck a loading character, with no responces after that, not even character in use or anything.
