A random day in Mega City clearing the area of Mara C of machine and Merovingian operatives, when  one of my machine....informants contacted me. ( name restricted to Brahma II authorized only)

After retrieving the mobile device from David Burgundy, and the events that occured during  the mission, I asked (payed)the mech contact to  see if he could find out why the agents were all over the city with the same objective at hand as us. I also asked him to find any relative information that may lead to some answers relating to  Mr. Burgundys death.

This contact was my last resort as all other resources have been exhausted, and I assumed it to be a thin hope. However my contact seems to have came thru. He says he has some intell that may restart my investigations, and he will contact me with a time and date to  make  our finalize this part of our transaction.

No other information is available at this time in reference to the "Dropped Call" mission log to be updated.

Continued research into the "dropped call" device has still come up negatively. All tests on one of the coppied devices has had no results leading to answer the question of why agentswere looking for the original. Against orders to preserve the first device, testing has turned up better.yet inconclusive results. I don't pretend to understand the coding and scrambles, and I can not confirm it yet, but it seems like a signal can be randomly found going to/from the phone. If this is accurate I can not tell, nor if there is another end to this siganl. Report will be added to as additional information arrises

(( Some OOC relavant information

On saturday April 21st The Devoted will be hosting an RPvp event. Here will be the rules pertaining to the event, and PVP portion: 

Must be flagged during event. 

Each org. will be assigned a building to be used as a base.(will be posted prior to day of event.)

It will be a capture the flag based game.(will be informed who flag is day of event)

Objective: Bring flag to base and secure flag for 10 minutes.

During transport, flag will follow only the person who makes killing blow on current flag holder. Flag will not hyperjump. Flag will not fire on any opposing orgs or assist anyone in capture or retrivial of flag/themself.

Once secured in base, timer of 10 minutes will start. Same rules for flag in streets apply, however timer is only reset if flag follows current flag holder outside of orgs base.( so dont bring flag outside and dont let flag follow an opposing org out of your base).

Flag should not be marked hostile, however if it accidently become the case- DO NOT SHOOT/KILL the flag- as it may make them resistant to wanting to follow you. (they may walk instead of run.)

 ATLEAST $500 million in total prizes.

grand prize will be awarded to the operative who sucsessfully returns the flag to their base and keep secured for the 10 minutes. It will be up to that operative to divy up grand prize between team/crew/faction/org. (Basically however they seem fit.)

Other prizes will be awarded as well, some based on time flag is secured, others for showing great skills in battle. ( basically whatever we see fit)

All prizes will be delivered in one week after event. The reason for this is for sploiters in pvp. If anyone is suspected to be MxO cheating- we will give accuser one week to provide proof of sploitz- this can include anything from screen shots to /ccrs. However all proof must be 100% provable beyond shadow of doubt. 99% and winner will be rewarded If cheating is proven then prize will be rewarded to operative will second best time in securing flag. ( So dont cheat or dont get caught- its up to you.)

Anything and everything else is allowed.

In two hours, noon MCT (mega city time/PST/-8GMT) we will start conducting our scans of the city. Out intial location to start ivestigating will be the Metacortex building. Since duplicate devices  can not scan for the signal, we are requesting  everyone to gather on the roof of Metacortex, and stay in a group, and move with the device. Protecting the operation and artifact will be your responsabilty.

I know intell on this has been leaked, and I know where the leak is. All atempts to purge the leak have came up negativly.

Money if we were somehow prevented from winning, eh? Then I must say:

I found the flag first. I brought it to the Zion base, and eventually we were attacked. I was brought down to a sliver of health but escaped to an elevator to hide. To my suprise, all attacks ceased and when I came out the enemies were gone. APPARENTLY someone got confused. Deffdog told us he thought the flag was following someone else, when Dezreki sent him a message about it. But really, the flag was mine, and I never died, but the flag got handed over anyways.

So yeah. Wouldn't have brought it up, but since I get no prize for first discovery/securing of flag, I want some money

Disciple of Hardcore and I were prepping for our mission to escort the artifact on a scanning operation in hopes of finding more clues about the Morpheus signals.  DOH had already retrieved the phone while I was filling out last minute reports for Command about the opeation. 

I was so engrossed in my reports I did not notice Doh was acting a little bit odd.

While I was working I heard a door open.  I immediately dismiss it thinking DoH forgot something or was going to retrieve some pills and boosters from the medical kits. 



I was finishing up with my reports when DoH returned to the main room.  My attentioned was jolted by the familiar voice of the Assassin, "Logic Error All Targets are Valid" from the training simulacra in the form of Toilet Face himself.  Then I saw DoH dressed all in Red, in the uniform of the Merovingian directing the simulacra toward me.


I didn't have time to ask questions.  DoH was blocking off the exit to the white hall.  The only option I had was to retreat to a room far from the entrance in hopes of an emergency jackout.  I called my operator to request the emergency jackout and recievethe response of static, it appears my phone was being jammed from contacting the real. wich also meant that my emergency jackout has been disabled.  At this time all the security cameras were immediately disabled.  Sitting in the room I heard the Simulacra pacing outside the door.  My last alternative was to send out a distress call into the matrix.  To my amazement, I had 5 responses, one from each organization:

They freed me from my prison, but the jamming continued.  I had to find DoH and retrieve the device.  Suprisingly, he was at the set coordinates to meet with the zion and epn operatives.  I was still in damaged shape but I was demanding an explanation.  I fell to the ground, still trying to recouperrate from my ordeal in the outpost.  Suddenly that red suit returned and he took a shot at me.  Fortuneately right at that moment, my EJP reactivated thanks to the dilligent work of my operator. 

DoH went running toward the Creston Heights District.  My best guess was he was running into the most dangerous district to keep us off his *CENSORED*.  He was wrong.  Each organization had a outpost in the area.  After 2 hours of constant attempts of all organizations trying to obtain the artifact I was left with no alternative.  I had to shoot DoH down to regain the artifact.  I lined up my sniper and sent DoH to the ground.  There was chaos around the body, I was not sure if anyone realized that I took him down.  I recovered the artifact from his body and fled to upload it at the nearest hardline aborting our planned mission of scanning for a Morpheus signal. 

Fortuneately, DoH's EJP was not damaged.  After this whole ordeal he finaly gave me an explanation to his actions.  His actions were not of his doing.  He appears to have a Exile inhabiting his body.  It appears that this exile was hiding in a RSI Modification pill and is now encoded into DoH's RSI.  Luckily, unlike the recent Machine programs, the exile has no control in the real.  He knew this for weeks now, but he neglected to tell me of his situation.  We are now requesting a meeting with Seraph in hopes that this exile can be removed from his RSI.  It is now known that the Encrypted messages found in DoH's transmissions were from this exile named Abyss.

Thanks to all who assisted durring this operation.  All organizations fought for the artifact.  The machines were able to hold DoH in their outpost the longest, followed by Zion the second longest time, and the Merovingian held him for the shortest time.
