I think it is one of those abilities that work better against higher leveled enemies like Determination. (Or is it a bug that allows level 30s to resist loads of level 50 shield breaking attempts?)

You can even reset your stats to what they were when you first started the game by doing an 'Endurance' (but easy) mission for Seraph which you can get from any Orginization's Archivist.

Whats an MMO "component"? Doesn't sound like a full, normall MMO.

The levels increase in a 'U' shape from the north of Richland to the north of Westview, and that ranges from level 1 to roughly level 33 I think...

With something like the Data Mining stuff, you have to spawn the enemies and it is a lottery if you will actually get the enemies you want, these Ninjas have to be spawned from a box. They are just farms, but they are done in a unique way...
