I am going to quote this because it is true. 
The constructs is where PVP should take place mostly, yet people are destined to fight at Mara C putting countless bluepills at risk and then go into an uproar when the devs implement something that ever so slightly presses against what the movies did.
Allowing Hardline access to the contructs would really help.
No, it really wouldn't. I have a great idea. When I do missions, I shouldn't have to go to the missions to do them, I should just click a few buttons and ta-da I'm there. That would dramatically increase the desire to do missions, yes?
Oh, but it's not that, you like to complain about, it's the fact if you happen to miss the proxy, you have to wait a grand total of 3 minutes, not counting the times when you actually get to the proxy when the countdown has already started which is even less.

Maybe it's because no one really cares about Datamine anymore when it comes to PvP, unless its game mechanics have to be used for a certain event, or someone wants SSR items. I don't see people complaining about "zomg y no one frm fly monstars anymore, i wnt mah headgaer" because generally people know that it's tedious and that it's old content. FFA PvP at the time was something different, and got a lot of good feedback when used during that Joker event. Now we have a place for FFA PvP that we can use whenever we want, but after awhile, we all end up back at square 1, which is Mara C. I'm sure a lot of PvPers will tell you that they want to PvP where the PvP is at of course, and that is nearly most of the time, unless there's new content or a live event about, at Mara.
