I don't know if i spelled it right, oh well. Anyways, I have read that gaussian blur helps your evad and infact that is what it buffs. But, I have used it befor and there was no change in how long it took for my evae to get broken. Does this happen to anyone or does it just ont work anymore... I know it buffs like 25% but I haven't seen a difference in my evade...ever.

Not worth it. Save the memory point. If you can stack it with other things then maybe.
maybe if you have resist combat loaded as well, but an MA with compel close combat and grab tactics will break your evade fast anyway.
I think it is one of those abilities that work better against higher leveled enemies like Determination.
(Or is it a bug that allows level 30s to resist loads of level 50 shield breaking attempts?)

Alright. I never used it to often to begin with but when i did i never saw a diff in my evade... thanks for the input
I'd say it's worth it for patcher loads. You can stack it with the resist combat buff and also the upgrade artist buff..so all 3 at once do help a bit.

Agreed it makes Pentathol trying to gank me a little harder... Fun part was when he had to break three times to get me at level 38 In Satis.
When im hacker or patcher i use it because i see a difference when they try to break your shield when your on block. it only really changes it by one try which isnt much but it helps when your trying to stay oout of interlock
