Personally, I've heard of another instance of a damage anomaly. A 618 dam Crippling throw. 10 secs later it was back at 128 dam. No debuffs applied and Find Weakness can't let you do a 600+ Crippling Throw at a lvl 50 with res o_O

Actually, this view isn't true. Every ability applies damage (and the debuffs before the damage already) SOMEWHERE INSIDE the animation. Only a few abilities apply the damage at the very beginning or at the very end. I know that pistol bar...
