Having my doubts on this. The game is so great, I'm scared they will ruin it, so so scared.

Maintenance, that's just how it is. Nearly all MMO-games have this long a downtime, so I really don't see the problem. In LOTRO there is a downtime of 2-3 hours every week, even when it seems there is nothing to "fix".

A bigger team, period. But I cannot admire the current team enough for their efforts.
