As its always been intended its much more a team loadout now than a tank as it was in the old system. If used right, very effective in team work (just try the IS costs on some abilites that prove this)

Make sure your also grabbing the %bonus Melee Accuracy from the passive buffs in the other trees to. Whats your Melee Accuracy? with the clothes I get 96% total.

The Accuracy you get from other trees varies quite a bit, so I wouldnt compare them directly
