The Effectuator is funny as hell, but for me its Seraph, problaly baised a bit since hes my fav character from the movies too.
He has a subtle power about him and you are more confident in your tasks when he is about. He speaks in a soft and thoughtful manner and very intriguing in whatever he is trying to say. Being a program, yes helping redpills is what he does.
He has a commanding power about him that other characters dont have, and aura if you will. His duels are always good to see and he likes to help RSI learn from the battles that take place. He never loses his cool and you know you will be in for a interesting conversation with him during an Event... when he chooses to speak.
