FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
TO: ALL MEDIA OUTLETS
FROM: SARAH WHITE
SUBJECT: KEPN RADIO
It has come to our attention that the local city newspaper, the Sentinel, has accused us of operating illegally. This allegation is not true, and we feel that we need to publicly address the situation. While it is true that we have not broadcast since August 18, the date that the terrorist Timothy Buckley, also known as TaeCross, hacked into our systems and broadcast his message throughout the city.
We at KEPN Radio feel that we have been treated unjustly for an act that was not our fault. Most of the information contained in the Sentinel's article is not true. We do not broadcast from various locations. We are located in Hampton Green. And we even have a legitimate broadcasting license.
We will be returning to the city's airwaves on Friday evening, and we want to clear a few things up first.
On Friday, October 13 at approximately 2 PM ((Mega City Time)) we will be holding a press conference to answer any questions you might have regarding the operations of KEPN Radio. The conference will be held outside of Club Sanguine.

Subject: Press Conference
Message:
We have been informed of a press conference being conducted by yourselves. We have a few questions to ask, since the bluepills were alarmed by certain tranmissions from your station before. We do not accuse your of having a hidden agenda, but we will be attending this conference and watching.
We certainly hope there is not a repeat performance of what happened before.

((This was originally supposed to be a cinematic...but since a LESIG snatched Phrack up in the middle of filming...it didn't happen...))
The code slowly resolved itself into an image and a lone technician walked around the corner at the base of the KEPN radio tower in Hampton Green North Central. He unlocks the door and steps inside, closing the door behind him. The world dissolves back into code, resolving back into an image high above the tower, looking down as the camera zooms in to reveal two people, one dressed in white, the other in a black prophet duster standing atop the tower. The bluepill technician works behind them.
Phrack: All systems have been repaired, we should be good to go tonight.
Yahweh: That is good news. Fully operational?
Phrack: No. More like fifty percent.
Yahweh: It is better than nothing, I suppose. I just hope it does not frustrate the listeners.
Phrack: We'll get everything reorganized soon enough. What about the article in the Sentinel?
Yahweh: I have scheduled a press conference to address the situation. Sarah is going to take care of it.
Phrack: Good. It's time we were heard once again.
The technician closes a panel and stands up and walks toward them.
Bluepill Technician: Well, the tower looks like it's ready to broadcast.
Phrack and Yahweh turn to face him.
Bluepill Technician: I don't think we'll have to worry about hack...
The bluepill begins to distort and morph into an Agent.
Agent West: Mr. Crutchfield...it has been awhile.
Yahweh: Agent West.
Phrack reaches into his coat and pulls out a fun, cocking it.
Agent West: That course of action would be most...regrettable, Mr. Frost.
Phrack: What do you want?
Agent West: We have been looking for this location for quite some time now.
Yahweh: You found something that was public knowledge. Congratulations.
Yahweh claps sarcastically.
Phrack: You Agents are getting slow.
Agent West: Nevertheless...your operation is a threat to the Truce.
Phrack: What threat? We may be walking the line, but we're not crossing it.
Yahweh: He's right. You can't blame us for the fact that TaeCross hacked us. We are personally being careful not to cross the line.
Agent West: See to it that you do not, human.
The Agent morphs back into the bluepill, who is looking around confused. The world begins to dissolve into code.
