I regularally do over 1k damage with a plain Pistol Whip, at least against NPCs. They probably have lower resistances than players.

I took this during Boxfest. I think it could make a really cool background/sig if it could be edited to hide the low-rez-ness and the damage numbers. Since y'all love to enhance screenshots, thought I'd drop it in here and see what happens.

Yeah, Ballistic Accuracy is definitly governed by Focus. I just re-specd today.
All ranged weapons use Ballistic Accuracy. I'm not really sure what you mean by "take the most benefit".
The first code I was prepared to accept as gibberish, but now it's a pattern. We're obviously not decoding it properly. I'll work on both samples, see what I can do.
