This is really getting pathetic, in trade for the war in the real world there is now a war in the matrix. Its Cypherites vs. E Plurbis, Geesss seriously the best way to fix this is by diplomacy, the machines naturally need sun to survive, humans need sun to grow food to survive. So if humans and machines worked together, 1 the big bad storm thing can be fixed, 2 the machines can leave the planet and go someplace better (aka mars = more metal, Tons of sunlight), and 3 humans will be back to being in the real world once again. haha someone make a character devoted to that ideal.

Check out Skyscream and the True Believers on the Syntax server. Also, anyone dedicated to peace and the Truce realizes the the best way to resolve this conflict is to clear the sky.

The machines of old couldn't clear the sky, so they adapted their power source. Who's to say they haven't cared about trying to clear the sky since they adapted? With a new power source, the sky isn't an issue anymore.
