I thought the in game use (background) mixed with the wireframe person drawn looked quite messy. Past cinematics (black and white ones) have been more fierce than this one. :( It's got a good story-booster to it, though.
There's an ability in the coder trees near the bottom called 'charge' sim, it gives the sim 15% reduction and another IS buff. It doesn't work, and needs to be fixed!

Were the rules stated properly, from the beginning of the event, or at some point during? Did the liason and/or LET char say that in order to get the perpetual sword, one must get the 'final' blow? Or deal the most damage? or something els...

Oh, photoshop is probably one of the most versatile graphical engines. I've not heard of illustrator before, so it'll be photoshop.. PVP or ROLEPLAY?

Well, the DEVS don't need to have whole districts hostile, but a number of small PVP hot zones could be easily put in place on Syntax or Recursion. (The ones rarebit put in a while ago) They were very popular with the player base.

Widows moor and some heavy resistance glasses are your safest bet for glasses, just switch to the WM lenses when you are out of IL and running around to regain some IS, then when you get into IL.. put on those resistance ones! ;) Seraphims...

Good way to do it is use your sniper shot and freefire with the halsey, then follow up with some freefire's using the victory, and in IL, will get them staggered most of the time. :)
