Meh, I quite like the fact I don't know every single thing coming up ingame for the coming weeks - considering how stretched the dev team are in terms of actually being able to put new additions into the game, half the fun is gone when we...
i think someone has to code it for you, there's a bunch of abilities like that.

this seems like a good time to ask again about some "advert" for a pirates game a while ago that many people apparently complained about and took you right out of the game. any takers? as for the above, sounds like a "CSR event". i don't r...
Ambriel: Do you expect more to show up? Twin: Uh, no, k thx bai (runs off) pretty much says it all - substitute Ambriels words for "is that it?!?" and that seems to sum up the first merv syntax event in over a month. i'm not one to dig at...

Out of interest, everyone is excited about the films and stuff coming out - well, I'm curious. Does anyone actually read the comics? Or not?
kou_urake wrote: Exactly. We're removing the General's infrastructure. We took out his access points, we have the choppers, we're cutting off inter-commando communication, and now his holo-communications are no longer secure. I suppose we...

what's more effective, a cliched "the machines will crush you" speech or making the general look like a boob in front of everyone including his own troops by forcing him to come out with pointedly satrical and vaguely absurd nonsense?
if my low level machine alt has no faction, who am i best contacting to get to this thing when it happens?
hilarious. also, i saw this commando and thought he was wearing matrix bewb shields or something.
I'm probably going there in September and I have no idea what its like there. top tips on cool places to visit appreciated.

woo, I've made it to 3 LEs in 3 days! i gotta get me a lottery ticket while the going's good this one was fun - can anyone explain what was going on inside the building while we were standing round for what seemed like an eternity?
Logged in, went "ooooh" for a bit, ran around then gave up. dunno if its just me, but my eyes feel like they've been jabbed with knitting needles. anyone else feeling the burn?

I was on Recursion, did a /who and saw the oracle, but for some stupid, stupid, stupid reason didn't think she might just be standing round in debir court. funny, might have made for an interesting "event"....
i'm confused, can someone explain what happened here? was this really about swapping brownies for cookies or whatever?

half the screenshots are pitch black. unless they've been artificially lightened first, is there even any point putting those ones up?

soooo......they've taken the smith event stuff out now, but the burning question is - will they "resolve" the story related to this event with one final live event? if they don't, the whole thing is sorta just left hanging.

Ormus wrote: Rarebit, any particular reason you stopped putting the Servers in the Subjects? did the smith spawn happen on all servers? if so, theres your answer. if not....then dunno what to suggest.
I don't normally bother doing these, but I have so many cool screenshots I'll make an exception this time. Link Some of my favourites so far: The look on Smiths face cracks me up every time.
