This virus' problem is that it's too aggressive--runs around setting the city on fire and making a real big ruckus, like it just wants attention. Long term, I'm pretty sure that approach is gonna backfire.

I suppose it could be up to something, though. It's doing a good job of spreading across the city. Maybe all the fuss and noise is a cover-up. It's hidden itself pretty well before.

I was there at some point fighting the good fight but being a little too low level do any real good. Oh well, I like to think I did my part.

At first I had my doubts about the aniversary event. It was fun and all, but I kept thinking that it would just be much cooler to have a random wave of Smiths moving across the city.

So what was the outcome of the event - I certainly wasn't expecting to see Smith beat the redpills, but that reminds us of the threat we face I guess. but did the virus decide to disapear after causing all that chaos or what, and then did all the Smithified redpill get brownied?

Also were all the other Smiths spawned by the virus or were they Smithified redpills- 'cause if it was the redpills 'grats on RPing as Smith very well.

i turned up late, but if its the same thing that happened here, the "real" smith cleared off or was killed, then a pile of never ending smiths started spawning.

I really like the direction the storyline is heading in. I can't even imagine how pleased I'll be when I do catch an event.

I missed the event but was part of the very small clean up crew afterwards we took a few down was pretty cool

Wasn't the Smith event not meant to affect the main storylines within MxO?

I pressume this another bit of fun, like the Effectuator's crashing of the SI radio event at Debir Court.

Looks like we weren't able to put up much of a fight on this occasion: Or may be we weren't meant to be able to succeed.

I know that others have cited Smith's presence as evidence of Neo's continued exisitence: Balancing the equation and all that...

Until I'm told otherwise, I think I will treat this as having no real bearing on future events.

This is starting to get really dangerous... the Virus is spreading faster and faster, and we cant really do anything.... just like when the "real" Smith was spreading... We have to work out something quickly if we dont want, that the matrix becomes a dangerous place again.
