It is an ability included in the game for a reason. I find it sad when people choose not to play with a full deck.

What would be really cool is if there was a log of how many times you have died by another player's hands. A kill/death ratio would be a much better assessment of pvp skill. This current leaderboard of total cq points puts too much weight...

Its a decent coat for hackers. 3% viral accuracy bonus and 2% viral damage bonus with 13pts of resistance for thrown and ballistic damage.

So all high lvl triple chevrons will drop these guns? I'm not sure how the loot tables work, but Creston Museum and Corrupted npcs would be a couple of my top choices for farming these new guns.
