What mob drops Ravenfeathers, where are they?

They are dropped by the boss in the Dannah Heights Gang Hideout.
I am sure someone else will be able to give more detailed info while you check it out, Hideouts are my special subject >_<
Its a decent coat for hackers. 3% viral accuracy bonus and 2% viral damage bonus with 13pts of resistance for thrown and ballistic damage.
in my opinion the coat is crap. since the hyper deflect got removed as a second hyper i think hacker needs some more love in the buff zone. and this coat isnt worth even farming for since it has crap buffs for a rare item,

Its also a low level coat 
It is a good no matter what level hacker you are. Even 50's can find this useful if used under the right circumstances and setup. There is no other coat that gives 3% Viral Acc in the game.
Its really good for howitzer farming red bandanas and such but not for pvp. Its pretty hard to get it to drop also.
Yeah its not uber but its alright
