Just to point out, the system always rounds down to the next 5% bonus. So 84% viral damage bonus = 80% etc.

Since the last patch, IS regen has been buggered. I used to get 5 IS a tick whilst in combat, now, I only get 2 IS per tick. My out of combat regen is only 5 per tick now. Please for the love of god, fix this!
