Those are very low compared to DC. We're in the $2.40 range for regular which is much lower than it was.
1.92 for regular here in Tannersville, PA at the Turkey Hill.
Edit: also you might want to resize your avatar to 130x130 before the mods see it and take action.

No it isn't. Its per litre here in the UK, so that is about $1.40 USD per litre, per gallon it would be $1.40/ 0.26 = $5.38 per gallon. I think the only place it's more expensive is Zimbabwe!
I've spent £600 on fuel in the last month, thank god I didn't have to use a car when it was at the whopping £1.30!
Last I saw in Jersey was 1.79 for regular.

$1.91 here in Vegas, and the gas place I go to gives me 5c off if I pay with cash.

It's down to about $2.10/gal in NY's Hudson Valley, though still near $2.40 towards the metro NYC area.

I live in Buffalo, NY and the prices are about $2.43ish give or take a few pennies. The other day on the news they were saying that the state was launching an investigation as to why Western New York has some of the highest gas prices in the country.
Erie and Oneida counties seem to be the highest taxed counties in the state, outside of NYC. I lived in Buffalo for a while too, and never understood why the taxes were so high there.
Well after being around the $1.50 / litre mark for a while now (I remember when it was $0.40), I filled up yersterday for $1.01/L (55 Litre tank)
$1.50/L (AU) = $3.65/gallon (US)
$1.01/L (AU) = $2.46/gallon (US)

About $1.85 in Northern California, give or take ten cents.
I can afford to drive for no reason at all again!
We decided to go the cheaper route and just fillup our personal 1000 Gallon Gasoline Tank and 300 Gallon Diesel Tank (which will last a month or so) instead of paying an arm and a leg at the greedy gas pumps... so that being said here's what we paid per gallon via Dees Oil Inc (ethanol free):
$1.09 Regular
$n/a Ultimate
$n/a Supreme
$2.09 Diesel
