My guess would be it is the Vista. Since you have no other problems with other games, I doubt it could be any of your hardware. This games always been a pain with Vista, nothing I can help you with there. I like your beta coat though.

MXO uses alot of your machines memory. I have 8 GB RAM, and it never lags at all, even dual clienting and every setting maxed. I bet if you upgrade your memory some more, your FPS would increase, 2 GB is just not enough for this game.
