So there I am playing through the archive mission So I can get those sweet sweet system glasses and the machine mission 3.3.1 won't load! has anyone else had this problem? It says that it can't get the mission header information. is this just a glitch? should I just buy another archive token? somebody please help! I have to look cool in those shades!

not all missions can be run in other then richland districts, some times u just need to relog.
Yeah, try another district or relog. It is a glitch.
