Your background info cannot be changed at this point in time. Maybe someday the devs will add that.

Rarebit commented that Flash Traffic is currently broken. He didn't give any specifics, but my guess is that it has something to do with the fact that many people couldn't access Flash Traffic at all. That's just a guess.
