Crytography, multi fighting and shharpshooter are the ones that have no use anymore and yes Hyperjump is capped at lvl 25 (ie u can lvl it past 25 , but you wont jump any further/higher)

Mission`s on tiny/hard with a lvl 50 is the fastest at the moment

i would advice against fighting npc`s your level, if your 50 a group of 4 or 50 lvl 50 nps are easy pray , duel some good player chars instead and speak to those that beat you, most people will be willing to share loadout and tactics with...
