Well, you never know. Luggables themselves were talked about long ago and people thought they were never going to be implemented. People thought we'd never get new constructs, and we have.

Well it was based off of Ninjas, I don't know many ninjas that run around in Neon green. And I don't think you should insult Rarebit for telling us just how hard it was to create this. That's just mean-spirited.

Their smoke effect isn't big enough. Occasionally a ring or something like one that happens before a spawn wave of a Pandora's box could come up from the ground around the player with the same size as a Pandora's box ring effect (Without t...
Uriah SW, the Operative ability Vendor.
I didn't even think about it until a few brought it up in this thread. It's really not that annoying, just after every attempt to break someone's shield/using certain abilities I switch it off and turn it back on. It's no inconvenience to...
It would have to be a fairly good buff for it to be on me and always have it on. And for the effect, what about say a green or gold or whatever color lightning bolt (Like what the unlimits would have over their head when they spawned/when...
Again, I'd just make it a luggable that buffed the player that held it by a good amount (Maybe points to accuracy and toughness or something like that) and made them FFA flagged. System message of who has the luggable, sure.

Eh, I don't like the idea of an item in-game that just any player could get to cause others to go into PVP. Don't like the idea as a whole either. Anything that creates spawns should be a consumable and have where it can be activated restr...

So, some observations about the clothing rewards: Gloves are nice, determination bonus is kind of superfluous. Boots are nice, especially the jump bonus. The noise level modifier thing is a bit wierd, don't know how helpful that would be....

That's a problem with that building type (Usually in guiness lake) and the top floor. The NPCs have a problem pathing up there, and simply don't go up there when they're following you. Try running it in international. If that doesn't work...

I don't like this game of finding proof if it's harmful or not. How about instead, if they try to pry into places they're not supposed to pry into, they'll meet resistance from Machine/Cypherite operatives and programs.
