There seems to have been a legally binding contract for Immunity made between the Machines and Ms. Rosaline.

This Immunity seems to have been broken as Immunity entails protection from any attacks from machines or machine-governed entities.

There is no place in the matrix for poor business and contractual skills. I'd expect this from Cypherites, but seeing this from the machines, I actually find it.. disappointing.
