You can sell the box of parts itself to a regular vendor for $i 250,000, not the exp chips you trade for. If you are lvl 50 simply trade 20 soldier parts for the box of parts, then go to a vendor and sell them if you wish.

This one. Yeah, I think it was the first one I got into. It has a nice little balcony overlooking the stage, it may be a bit grungy but it still looks nice.

I don't think they've sent out the second batch of keys yet and I'm pretty sure most if not all of the first waves key's were used up. Within the coming weeks the keys should be sent out however.
