Very possible, and as I write this I'm sure someone else is writting the same thing. *EDIT* nope no other replys yet, but if I happened to mess it up please fix my mistakes it is like 7am right now

If you put your power tactic in slot 1, bar 1, the ability in slot 2, bar 1, and speed tactic in slot 3, bar 1 it would look somthing like this.
/macro Dash use 1, 1; pause 20; (that would be 2 seconds don't really know how much time you need) /use 2, 1; /pause 20; (again however much time you need) /use 3, 1;
you may not actually need the semi colons, but I always do out of habbit. Should work in theory, but sometimes you need to do a little tweaking, do some tests and all should be well.
