Ok I wanted to give out a word of warning on the new collector.
If you are a level 50, do not choose Requirement 2 or 4. It says
that you will get the XP disks and that you can sell them for double
the info, but you never get them. I hope that those below level 50
get them, but not sure on that. I have already bugged this.

You can sell the box of parts itself to a regular vendor for $i 250,000, not the exp chips you trade for. If you are lvl 50 simply trade 20 soldier parts for the box of parts, then go to a vendor and sell them if you wish.

the collector says that can traid in a box of soldier parts for $i 125,000 plus some exp or if you don't need the exp sell it at a standard vendor for twice as much info. I'm pretty sure the exp recieved is dependent on lvl, I think Rarebit said that somewhere. This way a low lvl on a team with a lvl 50 in 0-1 wont get tons of easy exp by trading parts.

Before I posted the first time I traded 20 parts for a box and then sold the box at a vendor for the 250k just to make sure SMILEY
