In the list of changes, it also needs to be that improved hack doesnt remove a UM buff. There's nothing worse than being a healer and having to seperate yourself from your group so you dont remove your teams UM buffs. So because its an AOE...

stacking goes further than just ability stacking, this does nothing to fix clothing stacking. And in order to make someone "refresh" their buffs, all IS costs need to be removed from all title buffs and hypers.
