Its my understanding this is suppose to break stealth. If im wrong then let me know. If im dumb and not doing something correctly then feel free to tell me how dumb I am. SMILEY

All of my testing was done in duels so its possible its only a duel issue but from what ive experienced in pvp since using this tool I think its bugged.

Problem:
Using the Concealment Countermeasure Tool doesnt remove stealth from your target. It only removes the disguise look and not the stealth state.

Repro:
Gunman build with Detection loaded to level 50 against Master Assassin.

Start the duel.
Have your opponent use an agent disguise (doesnt matter which one).
Use the CC tool.
If successful your opponent should no longer look like an agent (depending on disguise).
Have your opponent perform a stealth attack which shouldnt be possible but it still works.

Even though the CC tool looks like it removed the disguise it doesnt remove the stealth state which allows stealth attacks to still be performed. If someone else can test this and post their findings it would be great.

Ive sent a /bug in game.

The concealment countermeasure tool works fine Renesis, the problem lies in the ability Disguise itself. Try activating a disguise and unloading the ability.

It's nice for faction movies.. (x_X) but not so much for PvP...

It works! For disguise, not sneak; but sixth sense detects sneaking enemies so that's good.

CC can bust sneakers, but I dunno if it deactivates the sneak attack capability. Anyways, finally disguises can be thrown off completely.

The tool does not pop people out of sneak... The CC tool will only break a disguise forcing the MKT/assassin to reapply their disguise before trying to hit you again.

Only benefit you have towards catching someone in sneak is that the ability detection has a bonus on it for stealth detection.

Meh, last time I tested the CC tool, it looked like it works vs sneaks too, but that was just a fluke. The guy always got desneaked by moving around everytime in the moment I used the CC tool.
