The music's from Medal of Honor, European Assault. I haven't actually played that series. The idea came from this masterpiece .

Be sure to watch for subtitles near the end. Don't worry, they're kinda obvious. But in a subtle kind of way. Subtletitles?

Thanks for the praise, everyone! I've managed to cook up a higher quality version based on the .gif versions of the scenes (thanks for posting those, Rarebit!). I'm not going to take the existing version down - at least not yet. The music...

Re-converting due to file corruption.

I was pleasantly surprised that the new cinematic was convertable to a more... flexible filetype. I'll be uploading a version with music (from Mxo's soundtrack) to Youtube shortly.

Will these new fangled cinematics be using the "vp6" video codec, by chance? It seems pretty much impossible to convert swfs lacking that to a format that would lend itself to fan added music versions. *Shrug*

Rarebit, that other wider ratio is 2.35:1 . There's plenty of other ones out there, but that's the most common - used by such classics as The Matrix, Star Wars, and Lord of the Rings trilogies.
