As being someone who mostly RPs and occassionally PvPs I think CQ rewards would be good. Nothing too over-powered or buffed. But, some consumables and nice clothing would certainly get people to PvP more.

If it is a prequel as I have heard most sources say it will be, I can't wait. I'm looking forward to exploring Rapture in its prime and marvelling at the atmosphere. And then slowly watching its demise. That may seem sinister but hey.
