However if you are trying to use that date as evidence against the perma 1999 story we have going on I'd like to point out that the date is under the expiration side and doesn't prove much other than that passports, drivers licences, break tags etc, expirations can surpass 1999 however they would all be pushed back a year (2001 - 2000) once Jan 1st comes around again.
