as currently when you delete a character the name is permantly attached to that account.. why free up name? well they are deleted so the owner didn't want it no more, therefore giving someone the opportunity for someone else to use it. as...

I like club cyclo in downtown, morrel (i think) as the floor above the main area in the elevator, if you open it and look outside, you can see through the whole buiding and see across the street (even though your inside in an elevator).
