Still not fixed.
Well I was about to say it was too small 
till I clicked on it
but if ya didnt know that sploit was still around then you mustn't be online much

Ive caught players using this exploit, its still around, however you can see from how its executed that it will be hard fix to do...I know it also seems easy, but if you think about the mechanics of it then yea.
If you see anyone just CCR them, thats what I do.
I think CCR's need multiple people to report before they take action, somebody could ccr me about 10 times but I wouldn't get punished because it's off one person, if 5 or 6 people ccr then it's a different story

I don't reall them saying this particular bug was fixed.
However if at all possible do what I do, have fraps running if you feel someone is exploiting and follow them and try to catch them doing it.

Yeah... screenshot evidence isn't always that great; I've seen people claim they're actually Invisible and not Sneaking and get off w/o punishment - the CSRs don't seem to know much about the game's ability system.
Anyway this has been around FOREVER (since CR1 I thought), I'm not sure exactly how it could get fixed though
theres a fix for everything
, if they cant fix it they could always remove the spy tree from the game ^^

it now forces you into crouch after 1second of doing it instead of the standing posistion.

The reason someone will get punished faster for harasment and bad language verse exploiting is simply because there is no proof to show that person was exploiting. where as for bad language they can look through the chat logs and see if it is true. After all, what if I hate a certain person. So I get me and my 15 friends to all CCR him for the same exploit. Then they believe us and ban him. When he was innocent. An exploit like this really isnt that bad, When compared to some of the others. While it gives a slight advantage, I dont think it actually gives the person an upper hand in combat. Just lets them run a little faster. Its not worth accidently banning an innocent guy, for exploiting when he wasnt. All exploiters will be punished eventually. If it bothers you that much just deflag.

Just to clear up a small issue, if he targeted himself, and was standing up in sneak with absolutely 0 health... I'd be impressed.
