Meh.. I have a familiar problem with my attributes, but I don't think it's perma DE. When I upgraded my stats for Hacker (belief and reason) the maximum % bonus I could get was 50% with 25 Attribute pts. The last 5 were "lost" or a buffer...

So what? It applies again AFTER you have IS back. That means it should reapply AFTER powerless/confuse/pacify/stun is gone, not WHILE it.
