Farming these archives for the sought after items and selling them to higher levels is a decent source of income for genuine low levellers, allowing high levels to temporarily lower their level to do it themselves would remove that fairly...

Oh I don't know, Naidian's has certain qualities which simply raise the bar, such as appropriateness but most of all subtlety. While Aqua's is stunning, another great signature, it doesn't project that slight 'Terrorist' feel like Naidian'...

As far as I'm aware, the Ninja's will not drop the required items if they are below your level, if they are equal to or greater than your level, they have a chance of dropping said items, however the drop rate seems quite low.
It may not be quicker then Alt-Tab but I use the windowed mode to use my media player when necessary. Using it this way I've not experienced that issue.

SoE gamecards should be universal to all SoE games but I tend to doubt it (I wouldn't go out and test it unless you have official word, don't want to waste money). I don't see why they shouldn't be, even if the cards have a different theme...
