So is the mission going to be released today? I couldn't load it.

Edit: Whoops, nevermind, there it goes, now.

Flood: Of course, you're not actually listening to any of this; you're simply heading at full speed toward the bright green dot on your display.

Classic.

Also, there was point where Flood said, "I could care less about those cheap booze-ups you underlings are always wasting your time on."  I believe he meant to say, "couldn't care less."

Yeah, perhaps Flood is going soft, perhaps he could care less, but probably not by a lot...

That's one of those phrases that means the same no matter how you write it. Writing it "I could care less" is usually more negative or insulting.

Mmmm... and if there's one thing that Flood is, it's negative and insulting...

EDIT TO ADD: Make that "two things".

No it isn't.

'I couldn't care less' means there is no way he could care any less about it. I.e. He doesn't care in the slightest.

'I could care less' means that in some measure he must care about it, if only slightly because it's possible for him to care less then he does there and then.

I'd also have to disagree, 'I couldn't care less' is more insulting then 'could care less'...

Could care less is often used in a sarcastic tone, meaning also that he doesn't care anyway. Since the tone is more negative than simply implying the negative comment, it adds to the level of scorn.

But boy is this phrase gettin' controversial. SMILEY

"No. If one wants to be sarcastic, they would say "That's the most interesting thing ever!" or something else that would put their caring near the top of the continuum. Merely pulling their "level of caring" off of the absolute bottom doesn't give a sarcastic effect."

...

Is this what we've been reduced to?

You know stuff happened in this mission, right?

EDIT: Nice one on finding the website, though. Really shows a level of commitment.

EDIT2: Grammatically, it doesn't matter, because in normal conversation both phrases mean the same thing. I've never used "I could care less" to mean I had the ability to care a little less. Have you?

...I always seem to be getting dragged into these kinds of arguments. ~.~

I've never used the phrase "I could care less" at all.  It seems silly and pointless to me.  I always say "I couldn't care less" or "I don't care."

I could care less <- alot of people around me say this, school and college expecially.

You win a cookie for pointing this out, and Vinia wins one for agreeing.

Actually, you win a second cookie for using the page I like to point people to.

I think Flood was a little jealous that he wasn't invited to the party SMILEY

Anyway he wants to check out one of the Ouroboros employees to see if they know anything about whatever they have to do with the Oligarch thing! We can't go talk to any of the employees at home because Ouroboros has may of their homes under surveillance! O_O So Flood's idea is to sort of hang around at the office just to look around a little ;D We did but found out the employees are having a secret party soon!

Luckily the party is at an employee's house that isn't high enough in the company to be under surveillance! which is probably why they are having it there! The party was very cute SMILEY People who had too much to drink were trying to impress the other girls there and there was some gossip about who has a crush on who! ^_^ The employee Flood wanted us to "question" was here but whenever we asked him to come with us, one of the others tried to fight me! So I had to umm stop them, and take the employee with me to wherever Flood wanted him!

He ended up in a room with Ookami and blood drinkers and lupines and I think some club Hel guards were there too! I'm not sure what they planned to do with him but I don't think he is the only Ouroboros guy that has been dropped off there! O_O The funniest thing was the employee wasn't shocked at all seeing everyone there! SMILEY

Flood said that the person who attacked me at the party wasn't a normal bluepill! He wanted us to search his apartment. He was in his apartment talking to a Cypherite, and he was one too! They were trying to spy on what we were doing!

Fun with Bluepill party-crashing! This one guy kept doing back-flips, and I got an ear in on some of the girl-talk in the kitchen. Though I shudder to think what that roomful of Lupines, Succubae, and Club Hel guards had in store for the Ouroboros employee I brought to them for, er, questioning...

I'm wondering how the last stage would have gone if you kill the drunk Bluepill that accosts you in the second stage, since it's his apartment you poke around in, whereupon you get attacked by a Cypherite... I'll have to try it out, via Sieges's brother...

The guy that accosts you in the second stage was actually a Cypherite disguised as a bluepill.  I killed him twice, so I'm pretty sure it doesn't change what happens in the last stage.
